TDES feed working again

You may have noticed TDES hasn't been downloading in iTunes.

This feed hasn't been working for the last few days:

Crackle have now fixed the problem, so it works again.

Sweet.

Can't upload to Crackle.

I've been trying to upload to Crackle for the last 5 days - and the uploads keep failing. I don't know why ... must be a Crackle problem.

There are problems with this Crackle feed in iTunes:

You can't download the following shows:

Shows 1 - 115
Show 518
Show 530

I've emailed Crackle about this problem.
Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

All videos available on iTunes again!

I just heard back from Crackle support about one of the iTunes issues. For several months we haven't been able to download all shows in iTunes (just the latest 200).

Now we have a feed that works!

Let me know if this feed ever stops working and I will contact Crackle support. Their suport team is very helpful.

Blogger working again!

For the last few months the blog I have been using for the scripts hasn't been working well.

Almost every time I went to open it, there was an error. At first I just thought blogger was having problems and eventually it would start working again normally.

Finally, I decided to open a new blog.
This is the new blog for scripts:

I thought that the blogger blog would eventually work again, so I continuted posting to both blogs. In any case, I thought that this was a good idea for backup. You never know, one blog could suddenly disappear.

I kept wondering if blogger would eventually get fixed ....

I looked through the help options, and decided to post my problem on their help page.
They have thousands of messages there, so I didn't think there was much of a chance anyone would help me.

But, someone actually replied to my post.

They asked me whether I'd added something to the template recently, like Technorati. I did have something from Technorati on there. I'm not sure when I added it, but I decided to delete it to see if that was the problem.

Bingo! Problem solved.

Crackle feed not working

The Crackle feed has not been working since Show 525. This is not surprising - the Crackle feed often stops working.

Thanks to Chris for emailing me to let me know.

I have contacted them to tell them this.

Their support team is pretty helpful. They usually get back to me pretty quickly.

The good news is, the blogger feed is working well! All of the latest shows are available on the blogger feed and I am gradually uploading the earlier ones.

Update: Then again, it seems like it might have been just Show 525 that wasn't working for some reason.

Crackle Problems

Crackle is experiencing problems again.
When I'm logged in I can't see any of my videos. Also, I uploaded Show 521, but it isn't show up - but Show 522 is.
I can't see any of my videos to see what happened to Show 521.

I contacted Crackle. They replied and said there was a bug with the site and they were working on it.

I'll stop uploading to Crackle until it's fixed.

Update, 11 Oct:
I can see my videos now. Show 521 still isn't showing. I contacted Crackle and they said they'd do something about it next week.

Still have these problems with Crackle:

1. Can't change profile picture.

2. Can only download the latest 200 shows in iTunes.

3. Sound quality is bad.

4. They change my titles.

5. Can't write punctuation marks in the titles.

6. Titles/descriptions are too short, not enough space to write.

7. Can't put links in titles.

8. Takes ages for profile page to load.

The good thing about Crackle is that their support people are good. They always prompty reply and are very helpful.
